Sarah is an international educator and mentor with over 15 years of experience teaching in classrooms across the globe. After navigating her own challenging early years in the international recruiting market, she realized that talented, passionate teachers were constantly missing out on incredible opportunities simply because they lacked a clear, step-by-step roadmap.

Driven by the belief that every teacher deserves a career that supports their life—rather than draining it—Sarah created The Charting Course Collective. Today, she empowers educators to move beyond the overwhelm of the international job search, providing them with the insider wisdom, confidence, and structure needed to secure their dream roles.

Fun facts about me:

1. I don’t have a sense of smell.

2. I have moved to three countries with pets because no one gets left behind :)

3. I have traveled to 68 countries and one of my top ten experiences has been doing the original Maricar in Tokyo. I was dressed as Mario and drove through the city and across bridges.

4. When I travel with my kids, we always take a cooking class.

5. I’m ND and have a lot of niche knowledge about wines, animals, and Italian art history.
